A very cool wine named after a very cool dragon, ‘Thyrus’ prompts us to raise a glass to the bold of heart! From one of Italy’s longest-practicing organic producers, Poggio Anima, the Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes spend 12 hours on their skins, followed by 6 months sur lie (on the lees).

CABERNET FRANC : EOLA-AMITY, WILLAMETTE, OR
A nerdy and delicious endeavor from specialist winemakers Bree and Chad Stock, examining the terroir of famed Eola Springs Vineyard through three different Cabernet Franc clones. Two heritage California selections and one classic from the Loire are fermented at 80% whole-cluster with carbonic maceration, amping up the volume on both freshness and complex savory tones. Yummmm!
